Move/Shift Timeline Forward

Move the timeline forward — shifts/pushes ALL overlays on every row that start at or after the playhead (or a specified frame) forward by the given number of frames. This is the command for moving overlays forward on the timeline.

How It Works

Use when user says "move timeline forward", "move everything forward", "shift forward", "push everything forward from here", "move forward N seconds", "shift the timeline forward N seconds", "insert N seconds of space", "make room". delta_frames = number of frames to shift forward (30 = 1 second at 30fps). at_frame defaults to the current playhead if omitted.
