Canceling your Envizion AI subscription is straightforward. There are no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hidden retention flows. Here is the process.

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your Envizion AI account.

2. Go to Settings — Click your profile icon in the top right, then select Settings.

3. Open Billing — Navigate to the Billing tab.

4. Click "Cancel Subscription" — A confirmation dialog explains what happens next.

5. Confirm — Click Confirm to finalize the cancellation.

Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Projects are preserved — All your projects, media, and exports remain in your account. You can view and download them at any time.
• Free plan activates — You revert to the Free plan with 118 editing tools, AI captions, 50 templates, and 1080p export.
• Pro-only features disable — AI voiceover, text-to-video, background removal, and other Pro features become unavailable.
• Unused credits expire — Remaining credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period.
• No data deletion — Your account, projects, and media are never deleted due to cancellation. Resubscribe at any time to restore Pro access.

Pause Instead of Cancel

If you need a temporary break, consider pausing your subscription instead. Pausing freezes your billing for up to 3 months while preserving your Pro features for the current billing period.

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? Resubscribe at any time from the same Billing page. Your account instantly restores to Pro with a new credit allocation. Previous projects remain exactly as you left them.
